   The days you taught each child. The law asks you to teach the full term of your district. This log shows you did.

   Keep.

   Work samples, grades and your list of books. The state page says to keep track of progress. Your child may go back to a public school. The state page says you must then show proof you taught. That page also says its tips are not required by law.
