What the state wants on file, and where each one lives.

1. 1. Attendance record

   Keep.

   A daily record of attendance for each child. It shows the child is enrolled and taught. You do not send it in. Show it if the state or your local school superintendent asks. No special form is needed.

2. 2. State enrollment email (only if you report)

   Keep.

   Reporting your homeschool to the state is your choice. If you report, the state emails you a number. Keep that email. A high school asks for it on its withdrawal form, if you have it.
