1. 1. Attendance record

   Keep.

   Keep one for each child, every year. Mark every absence of a half day or more, on each school day. The state asks for it.

2. 2. Shot records, if you have them

   Keep.

   Keep any shot records you have for each child. The state education department's list of required records does not name them. A classroom program your child joins later will ask for them.

   A folder at home. Immunizations
