New York

Let homeschool kids play.

You pay for the field. Your kid can't try out for the team.

In New York a homeschooled child cannot try out for a public school team without enrolling at that school full time. Sign to ask for a hearing and a vote on homeschool sports access in the 2027 session.

Not because your child isn't good enough. Because of a rule that says enroll, or stay home.

Your name changes that. We carry every signature to the lawmakers who can change the rule in New York.

Every family in New York helps pay for its public schools: $92.2 billion in 2024.

In 31 states, homeschooled children already try out for public school teams.
